Privacy policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This draft describes how NEBRA should handle account and career documents. The operator must edit it to reflect the actual business, location, vendors, retention schedule and applicable law before launch.
Information you provide
Account details, resume files, extracted resume text, job descriptions, resume drafts, reports and generated cover letters may be processed to provide the features you request. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.
AI processing
When you explicitly consent to resume or cover-letter generation, the selected resume text and job details are sent to the AI provider configured by the operator. The original upload is not sent to the provider for structured import. CV text, transcripts, audio and video must never be written to application logs.
Camera, microphone and interview data
The existing Virtual Interview requests browser permission before an enabled camera or microphone is used for the live session. The app does not upload or store audio/video; answer text is sent to the configured AI provider for feedback when you submit it. The operator should verify the provider's retention terms before production use.
Storage and access
The intended configuration uses private document storage, owner-scoped database policies, signed access and server-side authorization. The operator should publish accurate details of providers, access controls, retention and deletion before accepting user data.
Retention and deletion
Uploaded files should be automatically removed when no longer needed unless you explicitly save them. Account deletion must remove files, extracted text, cache, reports and interview sessions, and must stop if cleanup cannot be verified. The operator must configure and document backups, logs and the actual time needed to remove data.
Contact
Add a monitored privacy contact address before production. Obtain qualified legal review for Egypt and every target market.
