The operator must complete and review these terms, including the contracting entity, governing law, contact details, service limits, data-processing terms and dispute process, before production use.

Service scope

NEBRA provides document-analysis and career-writing tools. Scores and recommendations are estimates based on the information supplied and are not official employer-system results.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and rights to the resume, job description and other materials you submit. Review AI-generated drafts and confirm every fact before using them.

Acceptable use and ownership

You may not scrape, copy, mirror, reverse engineer, probe, bulk-download or automate access to the service, prompts, scoring logic, layouts or private endpoints. All rights in the NEBRA software, brand, prompts and service materials are reserved by the operator; you retain rights in content you provide, subject to the permissions needed to process it.

Privacy and account

Users can manage their account and request deletion. The final terms must accurately describe the existing controls. Virtual Interview may use camera and microphone access granted by the browser for the live session; audio/video are not uploaded or stored by the app, while submitted text answers may be sent to the configured AI provider for feedback.

No employment guarantee

The service does not promise interviews, job offers, ranking improvements or compatibility with every applicant-tracking system.
